Oven Cooked Malai Tikka


Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Curd 5 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg ½ tsp
  • Chopped green chili 2
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Skewers as required

Cooking Directions


  1. Blend curd, butter, ginger, lemon juice, cardamom, cumin powder, salt, nutmeg and chopped green chilies.
  2. Marinate the chicken with blended ingredients and put it in a refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Then stead chicken on skewers.
  4. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in grill pan on high flame.
  5. Then put chicken skewers on grill pan and grill it from both sides.
  6. Preheated the oven.
  7. Then put the grilled chicken in a oven dish and bake it for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.
  8. Garnish with lemon and tomato. Serve hot.
