Ingredients:
• Chicken boneless ½ kg
• Anday 5 adad (ubal lain)
• Samosay ki patiyan hasb e zaroorat
• Doodh 1.5 cup
• Aalo 4 adad
• Namak aur kaali mirch (hasb e zaiqa )
• Ghee deep fry k liye
Method:
1 degchi main aalo aur chicken k chhotay chhotay tukray kaat kar daal lain. Sath he namak aur kali mirch shamil kar dain aur doodh daal kar itni dair pakain k doodh khushk hojaye jab k aalo aur chicken gal jaye ab is amaizay ko achi tarha milaain aur ando k chhotay chhotay tukray kar k daalain aur achi tarha mix kar lain. Ab ye amaiza samosa patti par rakhain aur samosy bana lain. Ghee ek karhai main garm karain aur samosay daal kar golden brown honay tak tal lain aur imli ya podeny aur dahi ki chatni k sath paish karain.
