  • سفید مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • (لال مرچ ایک چائے کا چمچ ﴿کُٹی ہوئی
  • کریم دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • دہی دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • لیموں کا رس دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ

  • .ایک پیالے میں چکن کو ہری مرچ، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، سفید زیرہ، گرم مصالحہ، دھنیا، سفید مرچ، لال مرچ، کریم، دہی، لیموں کا رس، نمک اور بادام کے ساتھ دو گھنٹے کے لیے میری نیٹ کر لیں۔
  • .اب انھیں اسکیورز پر لگا کر باربی کیو کریں، یہاں تک کہ وہ تقریباً تیار ہو جائیں۔
  • .پھر ان پر برش سے بچا ہوا میری نیشن لگائیں اور مزید پانچ منٹ باربی کیو کر لیں۔
  • .اب ان پر گھی یا تیل سے برشنگ کریں، یہاں تک کہ وہ تیار ہو جائیں۔

    Oven Cooked Malai Tikka


    Ingredients

    • Chicken breast 2
    • Curd 5 tbsp
    • Butter 1 tbsp
    • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    • Green cardamom 3
    • Lemon juice 1 tsp
    • Cumin powder ½ tsp
    • Salt ½ tsp
    • Nutmeg ½ tsp
    • Chopped green chili 2
    • Oil 3 tbsp
    • Skewers as required

    Cooking Directions


    1. Blend curd, butter, ginger, lemon juice, cardamom, cumin powder, salt, nutmeg and chopped green chilies.
    2. Marinate the chicken with blended ingredients and put it in a refrigerator for an hour.
    3. Then stead chicken on skewers.
    4. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in grill pan on high flame.
    5. Then put chicken skewers on grill pan and grill it from both sides.
    6. Preheated the oven.
    7. Then put the grilled chicken in a oven dish and bake it for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.
    8. Garnish with lemon and tomato. Serve hot.

    Chiken Jalfarezi

    Ingredients :

    • Boneless chicken ½ kg (cut into 1 inch cubes)
    • Capsicum 1 (cut into small squares)
    • Onion 1 (cut into small squares)
    • Egg 1
    • Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
    • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
    • Oil ½ cup
    • Garlic paste 1 tsp
    • Red chili powder 1 tsp
    • Salt 1 tsp
    • Chili sauce 2 tsp
    • Ketchup 2 tsp
    • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
    • Marinate chicken cubes with salt, chili powder, black pepper, chili sauce and ketchup for 30 minutes.
    • Heat oil in a wok.
    • Fry garlic paste with tomatoes for 5 minutes.
    • Add marinated chicken, cook till chicken is done and oil starts to float.
    • In a frying pan heat oil, fry cubed capsicum and onion for 2 minutes till soft.
    • Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, fry and slice in cubes.
    • Add fried capsicum, onion and omelet cubes to cooked chicken.
    • Garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies.
    • Hot Served

    Shami Kabab

    Shami Kabab


    Ingredients:
    Mince Meat 250 gm
    Gram lentil 4 tbsp (soaked)
    Potato 1 (boiled)
    Cumin ½ tsp
    Fennel seeds 1 tsp
    Whole coriander 1 tsp
    Green cardamom 2
    Whole red chili 6
    Salt 1 tsp
    Ginger 1 tsp (chopped)
    Garlic cloves 4
    Egg 1
    Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
    Mint leaves 2 tbsp
    Green chili 2
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Oil for frying
    Cooking Directions
    Within a pan, put mince, gram lentil, cumin, fennel seeds, whole coriander, green cardamom, whole red ginger, chili and salt and garlic cloves.
    Boil on low flame with 2 servings of water.
    When water dries and all of ingredients are tender turn the flame off and give it time to cool.
    Add potato on the meat and turn the mix inside a food processor.
    Add egg, fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, and spice powder. Mix
    Shape into round flat kebabs and shallow fry in hot oil.

    Easy Bread Pizza

    Ingredients

    Bread slices (you should use whole-wheat/brown bread) Alternatively, plain white bread
    Pizza sauce(recipe link below)
    Toppings(suggestions below)
    Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese, grated

    Instructions

    Preheat your oven at 170 C.
    Lay from the bread slices with a baking tray. Use a thin layer of pizza sauce on each slice.

    Sprinkle a bit of cheese in addition to the pizza sauce. I used mozzarella. This assists the topping to 'grip' towards the base, so that you won't have topping that falls off your pizza.
    Then add whatever topping you want around the slices. I used that one: Spicy Chicken Filling
    If you appreciate, I added slices of onion, additional capsicum strips, sweet corn, pineapple chunks, you can contribute additional toppings.
    Finally, sprinkle more cheese and drizzle some ketchup on the top.
    Bake before the cheese is melted. Remember, the bread has already been cooked, therefore they don't should bake a long time. It ought to take around 10-20 minutes or more, keep watch over them and have them out if the cheese will be all melted and slightly golden.
    I mostly use my oven toaster to create these quick pizzas, saves on lots of energy instead of baking them in a oven.

    First, basin add water less soft much less solid batter then mix all of the ingredients in fry and basin in oil.

    Samosa patti bananay kay liye:

    Maida 1/2 kg
    Ajwain 1 tsp
    Namak hasb-e-zaiqa
    Oil 2 tbsp

    tamam ajza attay mein dal kar oil kay zarye achi tarah sakht gondh lein
    thora pani mix karsakty hein magar khial rahay atta narm na ho
    balkay sakht ho.

    Filling k liye
    ---------------
    Aaloo boiled
    Piaaz bareek kati houi
    Hari mirch bareek kutti houi 1 tsp
    Lal dhara mirch (kutti howi) 1 tsp
    Haldi 1/2 tsp
    Namak Hasb-e-zaiqa
    Zeera pisa 1tsp
    Zeera sabut 1tsp
    Garam masala 1tsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Sabut sookha dhania 1 tsp
    hara dhania adhi gathi bareek kati howi

    2 tbsp oil mein
    sabat dhaniya dalein aur sabat zeera 1 minut bhoon lein
    ab aanch halki karkay haldi namak mirch garam masala or baki masala daal lein
    1 minut baad phir alloo cubes mein kate hue daal lein
    mix karein or halki aanch par hi pakaein
    phir piaaz daal kar aik minut tak rakhein
    aur phir akhir mein hari mirch kati hui aur hara dhaniya daal kar mix karke
    utaar lein aur thanda hone dein

    tarahay morrh kar usmein samosa filling dalein aur band karlein.

    band karnay kay liye thora sa khush ata laikar aik bowl mein pani mix karlein
    itna pani dalein kah garha (magar buhat garha nahin) sa mahlool bany
    aur layyee kay tor per sides chapkanay kay lye istimal karein.

    ab karahi mein Tail (itna kay samosay us mein dip hosakein) darmiani teez anch per rakhien.
    tail buhat gram bhi nahin ho magar thanda bhi na ho
    ab do teen samosay aik saaath karahi mein daal kar fry karien.

    Note: masaloon ki miqdar apnay zoq kay hisab say kam ya ziada karsaktay hein.

    Ubla howa chana 1/2 kg
    ubla howay alloo cubes mein katay howy 1/2 kg
    chaat masala 1 tsp

    piaaz bareek kati howi 1 adad
    dhaniya adhi gathi bareek kati howi
    podina adhi gathi bareek kati howi
    dahi baghair malai aik pao phenta hoa (250gms)
    namak Hasb-e-zaiqa
    lal mirch pissi 1/2 tsp
    Green mirch bareek kati hoi hasb-e-zaiqa
    bari paapri aik adad (paapri ki jagah samosa kya satkh hisay
    andar ka masala nikal kar bhi crush karsaktay hein)

    imli ki chatni bananay kay liye

    imli 100 gms
    cheeni 1 tsp
    namak 1/4 tsp
    tamam ajza ko neem garam pani mein mix karkay
    achi tarah meix karlein. imli ki guthlia nikal lein
    agar thory khulay chaanni say chaan lein to bhi acha hay.

    Ingredients:

    Beef mince 250 gm
    Chicken mince 250 gm
    Mitchells chickpeas 125 gm
    Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
    Mint leaves ¼ bunch
    Mitchells ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Egg 2
    Onion 1
    Fried onion 1
    All spice 1 tsp
    Green chilies 3 – 4
    Almond (boiled chopped) 25 gm
    Pistachio (boiled chopped) 25 gm
    Salt to taste
    Oil ¼ cup
    Dry red chilies 4 – 5

    Method:
    *********
    In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic paste, 250 gm chicken mince and 250 gm beef mince. Also add 4 – 5 dry chilies and fry well till mince is tender.
    Now add 1 tsp all spice and salt to taste, fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Now turn the flame off. Put the mince mixture in chopper, also add 125 gm boiled chickpeas, 1 chopped onion, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, ¼ bunch of mint leaves and 3 – 4 green chilies.
    Chopperize well and remove mixture in a bowl.
    Add in 25 gm boiled chopped almond and 25 gm boiled chopped pistachios.
    Also add 1 fried onion and mix well.
    Make into round patties, dip each in beaten egg and shallow fry till golden brown.

    قیمہ ۔۔ ایک کلو 

    انڈے ۔۔ دو عدد
    سونف پاؤڈر ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
    لال مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
    نمک ۔۔ حسب ذوق
    ادرک ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
    دار چینی پاؤڈر ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
    زیرہ پاؤڈر ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
    پیاز ۔۔ ایک عدد
    سوکھا پودینہ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
    مکھن ۔۔ دو کھانے چمچے

    ترکیب:
    قیمے میں تمام مصالحے ڈال کر مکس کر کے پیس لیں۔ پھر اس میں کٹی پیاز، انڈے اور دو کھانے کے چمچے مکھن ڈال کر مکس کریں۔ اب سیخوں میں لگائیں اور باربی کیو کرلیں۔ چٹنی کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔

    • Double roti k slice 6 sy 8 adad
    • Bharnay ka masalah 1 piyali
    • Cooking Oil Talny k liye 


    Bharny ka Masala 


    • Aalo ka bhurta 
    • Aalo ubal kar bhurta kiye hoye 2 adad 
    • Namak hasb e zaiqa 
    • Kaali mirch moti kuti hoi ½ chaye ka chamach 
    • Hara dhaniya bareek kata hoa 2 khanay k chamach 
    • Podeena bareek katahoa 1 khanay ka chamach 
    • Hari mirchain bareek kati hoi 1 sy 2 adad 




    METHOD :



    1. Double rooti k slice ko 1, 1 kar k 4 sy paanch mint k liye paani main bhigo dain. 
    2. Dono haato k beech main ek slice rakh kar achi tarha daba kar paani nichor lain. 
    3. Aalo ka bhurta banany k liye tamam masalay aalo main achi tarha mila kar 10 sy 15 mint kliye fridge main rakh dain. 
    4. Bhuna hoa qeema banany k liye qeemay main tamam masalay daal kar darmiyani anch per dhak kar itni dair pakaain k qeemay ka apna paani khushk hojaye. 
    5. Double roti k slice k darmiyan 1 khanay ka chamach aalo ka bhurta ya bhuna hoa qeema rakh kar daba daba kar roll ki shakal main band kar lain. Phr adha ghanta fridge main rakh dain. 
    6. Karhai main darmiyani anch per 3 sy 5 mint tak cooking oil ko garm kar k bread roll golden fry kar 
    lain.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 ½ cup besan (gram flour)

    • 1 tspn baking powder
    • ½ cup sliced aubergine/ eggplant
    • 1 green chilli sliced
    • ¼ cup chopped green coriander
    • 4 button mushrooms sliced
    • 1 potato thinly sliced
    • ½ cup paneer (small cubes)
    • Little spinach leaved chopped
    • ¼ cup sliced capsicum
    • ¼ cup chopped cauliflower
    • 1 tbspn coriander mint chutney
    • Some salt
    • 1 ½ tspn red chilli powder
    • ½ tspn turmeric
    • 1 tbspn dry coriander
    • 1 tspn cumin seeds
    • 1 tbspn fenugreek leaves
    •1 onion sliced
    • Oil for deep frying
    • Water for batter (around ½ - ¾ cup)

    Procedure:

    -Sift besan and baking powder.
    -Slice all vegetables and place them in a mixing bowl.
    -Add all spices and sifted besan.
    -Add all mix and spices well each of the dry ingredients with vegetables.
    -Gradually add mix and water with the hands.
    -Come up with a lump free mixture with vegetables.
    -Keep aside for a half-hour.
    -Heat oil and add spoon filled with batter within it. Place them from the other person.
    -If they are brown, bring them on an absorbent paper and serve hot with tamarind mint and sauce coriander chutney.

    Outcome:

    Tasty mixed vegetable pakoras will be ready to serve.

    Serving:

    Serves 6.

    1 banana (sliced)
    1 apple with skin (sliced)
    1 pear with skin (sliced)
    5-6 grapes cut in half
    4 dates (firm, sliced)
    1 mandarin/ orange (squeezed)

    1 strawberry sliced
    ½ kiwi fruit sliced

Ghee ek karhai main garm karain aur samosay daal kar golden brown honay tak tal lain aur imli ya podeny aur dahi ki chatni k sath paish karain.
