Chahein toh pan me b halka sa oil dal kr tb tk bread upr rkhein jb tk cheese melt nah ho jae

  • (چکن آدھا کلو ﴿بون لیس
  • (ہری مرچ ایک کھانے کا چمچ ﴿پسی ہوئی
  • ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • (سفید زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ ﴿بھنا اور پسا ہوا
  • گرم مصالحہ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • (دھنیا ایک چائے کا چمچ ﴿بھنا اور پسا ہوا
  • سفید مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • (لال مرچ ایک چائے کا چمچ ﴿کُٹی ہوئی
  • کریم دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • دہی دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • لیموں کا رس دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • (بادام دو کھانے کے چمچ ﴿پسے ہوئے
  • گھی یا تیل برشنگ کے لئے



  • .ایک پیالے میں چکن کو ہری مرچ، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، سفید زیرہ، گرم مصالحہ، دھنیا، سفید مرچ، لال مرچ، کریم، دہی، لیموں کا رس، نمک اور بادام کے ساتھ دو گھنٹے کے لیے میری نیٹ کر لیں۔
  • .اب انھیں اسکیورز پر لگا کر باربی کیو کریں، یہاں تک کہ وہ تقریباً تیار ہو جائیں۔
  • .پھر ان پر برش سے بچا ہوا میری نیشن لگائیں اور مزید پانچ منٹ باربی کیو کر لیں۔
  • .اب ان پر گھی یا تیل سے برشنگ کریں، یہاں تک کہ وہ تیار ہو جائیں۔

    Oven Cooked Malai Tikka


    Ingredients

    • Chicken breast 2
    • Curd 5 tbsp
    • Butter 1 tbsp
    • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    • Green cardamom 3
    • Lemon juice 1 tsp
    • Cumin powder ½ tsp
    • Salt ½ tsp
    • Nutmeg ½ tsp
    • Chopped green chili 2
    • Oil 3 tbsp
    • Skewers as required

    Cooking Directions


    1. Blend curd, butter, ginger, lemon juice, cardamom, cumin powder, salt, nutmeg and chopped green chilies.
    2. Marinate the chicken with blended ingredients and put it in a refrigerator for an hour.
    3. Then stead chicken on skewers.
    4. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in grill pan on high flame.
    5. Then put chicken skewers on grill pan and grill it from both sides.
    6. Preheated the oven.
    7. Then put the grilled chicken in a oven dish and bake it for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.
    8. Garnish with lemon and tomato. Serve hot.

    Chiken Jalfarezi

    Ingredients :

    • Boneless chicken ½ kg (cut into 1 inch cubes)
    • Capsicum 1 (cut into small squares)
    • Onion 1 (cut into small squares)
    • Egg 1
    • Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
    • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
    • Oil ½ cup
    • Garlic paste 1 tsp
    • Red chili powder 1 tsp
    • Salt 1 tsp
    • Chili sauce 2 tsp
    • Ketchup 2 tsp
    • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
    • Marinate chicken cubes with salt, chili powder, black pepper, chili sauce and ketchup for 30 minutes.
    • Heat oil in a wok.
    • Fry garlic paste with tomatoes for 5 minutes.
    • Add marinated chicken, cook till chicken is done and oil starts to float.
    • In a frying pan heat oil, fry cubed capsicum and onion for 2 minutes till soft.
    • Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, fry and slice in cubes.
    • Add fried capsicum, onion and omelet cubes to cooked chicken.
    • Garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies.
    • Hot Served

    Shami Kabab

    Shami Kabab


    Ingredients:
    Mince Meat 250 gm
    Gram lentil 4 tbsp (soaked)
    Potato 1 (boiled)
    Cumin ½ tsp
    Fennel seeds 1 tsp
    Whole coriander 1 tsp
    Green cardamom 2
    Whole red chili 6
    Salt 1 tsp
    Ginger 1 tsp (chopped)
    Garlic cloves 4
    Egg 1
    Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
    Mint leaves 2 tbsp
    Green chili 2
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Oil for frying
    Cooking Directions
    Within a pan, put mince, gram lentil, cumin, fennel seeds, whole coriander, green cardamom, whole red ginger, chili and salt and garlic cloves.
    Boil on low flame with 2 servings of water.
    When water dries and all of ingredients are tender turn the flame off and give it time to cool.
    Add potato on the meat and turn the mix inside a food processor.
    Add egg, fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, and spice powder. Mix
    Shape into round flat kebabs and shallow fry in hot oil.

    Easy Bread Pizza

    Ingredients

    Bread slices (you should use whole-wheat/brown bread) Alternatively, plain white bread
    Pizza sauce(recipe link below)
    Toppings(suggestions below)
    Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese, grated

    Instructions

    Preheat your oven at 170 C.
    Lay from the bread slices with a baking tray. Use a thin layer of pizza sauce on each slice.

    Sprinkle a bit of cheese in addition to the pizza sauce. I used mozzarella. This assists the topping to 'grip' towards the base, so that you won't have topping that falls off your pizza.
    Then add whatever topping you want around the slices. I used that one: Spicy Chicken Filling
    If you appreciate, I added slices of onion, additional capsicum strips, sweet corn, pineapple chunks, you can contribute additional toppings.
    Finally, sprinkle more cheese and drizzle some ketchup on the top.
    Bake before the cheese is melted. Remember, the bread has already been cooked, therefore they don't should bake a long time. It ought to take around 10-20 minutes or more, keep watch over them and have them out if the cheese will be all melted and slightly golden.
